he Manager, Architectural Technical Writer serves as the bridge, translating complex architectural ideas into clear, articulate documentation. Marrying technical expertise with refined writing skills, this role encompasses the following duties: D
- raft, review, and finalize RFPs, ensuring all requirements and specifications are captured accurately. C
- reate clear and concise scopes of work that detail the requirements and expectations for architectural projects. L
- iaise with architects, project managers, and other team members to gather technical details for documentation. T
- ranslate intricate architectural designs and concepts into understandable language for diverse audiences. M
- aintain a comprehensive library of architectural documentation, ensuring updates are timely and accurate. R
- eview and edit existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy. P
- rovide guidance and support to the project team on documentation standards and best practices. C
- oordinate with stakeholders to clarify project details and address any documentation-related queries. S
- tay updated with the latest trends in architectural documentation and technical writing. E
- nsure all documentation adheres to industry standards, company guidelines, and best practices. C
- ollaborate with the design and proposal teams to ensure alignment between design intent and documentation. M
- entor junior writers and provide training on best practices in architectural technical writing. D
- evelop and maintain a documentation roadmap. I
- ncorporate feedback from cross-functional teams. I
- mplement and manage a version control system for documents. C
- ollaborate with graphic designers for visuals in documentation. O
- rganize workshops to gather requirements or feedback. S
- tay proficient in the latest technical writing software and tools. P
- articipate in training to stay updated on architectural trends. E
- nsure documents adhere to accessibility standards like WCAG. I
- mplement a thorough review process for documentation. C
- oordinate with legal and procurement for compliance in technical specifications.

- aster’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or related fields. 1
- 0-12 years of experience in real estate design & development, with roles focusing on technical writing, preferably in an architectural or construction environment for large, complex projects. P
- roven track record of producing high-quality RFPs, technical documents, or project specifications. S
- trong knowledge of architectural terminology, principles, and practices. E
- xceptional written and verbal communication skills. E
- ffective collaboration skills, both as a team player and as an independent contributor, with a demonstrated ability to balance teamwork and independent project assignments. A
- bility to comprehend complex architectural concepts and translate them into understandable written content. D
- etail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy and consistency. A
- bility to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals including architects, designers, and project managers. S
