A Leading Dubai based organization and a part of multinational enterprise specializing in the manufacturing supply, testing & certification of Industrial Lifting Equipment and a Calibration Laboratory covering a wide range of common and specific instruments, tools and equipment need urgently **QHSE Document Controller** for their Dubai Branch.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the input, maintenance and management of company’s document control system
- Control the draft and release, storage, tracking and distribution of the documents
- Release of documents and distribution of copies
- Ensure current document revisions are always available at point of use
- Maintain master list of all the documents
- Maintain and update external documents regularly
- Identification of OBSOLETE documents and removal from point of use
- Organize and maintain employee training records, documents and files
- Assist and support the QHSE management representative to implement and maintain company certifications based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001 international standards.
- Assist and support the QHSE management representative to implement and maintain company accreditations in compliance with ISO 17020, ISO 17024 and ISO 17025 standards.
- Member of the internal audit team. Schedule and perform assigned QHSE internal audits.
- Participate, record and prepare minutes and other required data for the QHSE Management review meetings and other related meetings.
- Develop procedures, forms, checklist and policies in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17020, ISO 17024, ISO 17025 international standards and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare test / inspection certificates and / or reports as required.

**Qualification**: University graduate in any discipline with Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (ISO 17020/17024/17025 will be an advantage)

**Experience**: Minimum one (1) year experience in the similar field.

**Skills**:

- Should have excellent communication skills and should be good in writing skills as he/she needs to document the relevant details and create related reports.
- He/she should have good analytical skills with good leadership quality. Shall possess Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet, presentation and word processing programs.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
