Executive Accounts Payable CAPEX

athGADLANG is hiring an Executive Accounts Payable CAPEX on an urgent basis for one of its clients in Real Estate Development. The position is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Duration: 06 Months (Extendable)

The job holder is accountable for booking, reporting, and monitoring CAPEX expenses and liabilities, in compliance with policies and procedures and accounting principles.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Good knowledge & understanding of performing reconciliations between financial data & project/CAPEX accounting.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in an accounting capacity.
- Project Accounting experience is required.
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills are required.
- Experience using Oracle/Similar ERP accounting systems is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
