A marketing communications manager's role is to oversee all operations involving media and public relations. He / She are primarily responsible for devising marketing strategies and programs to improve brand awareness, handling communications and various issues within the company, and crafting communication strategies for product launches and other events. Furthermore, they also must handle correspondence, take the lead in creating newsletters, press releases, and other mediums, ensuring that they align in the company's vision, mission, and regulations. As a marketing communications manager, it is essential to lead and encourage staff while implementing company policies and guidelines.

DUTIES
- Manage enrollment advertising (print, digital, SEM, radio), marketing campaigns, and analytics reports.
- Manage company's social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, YouTube ) and develop a strategy plan.
- Lead corporate rebranding and develop new core messaging to transition existing outdate business image.
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to evaluate customer satisfaction while achieving internal KPIs.
- Develop strategy for Facebook and LinkedIn to drive increase audience engagement.
- Provide proofreading and copy editing support.
- Ensure media coverage of signature alumni events and programs.
- Develop a social media marketing program including a LinkedIn industry group.
- Create and execute targeted marketing plans for different segments of alumni audiences for event and outreach programs.
- Launch firm's social media presence on LinkedIn, developing best practices for firm content.
- Analyze campaigns and markets' KPIs, develop performance scorecards and reporting on all the region's revenue results.
- Analyze SEO areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Support SEO efforts across company website and pay-per-click advertising.
- Create presentations using PowerPoint to support human resource workshops and high-level briefings.
- Create interface and strategy to improve marketing and sales SharePoint site for better user experience and information sharing.
- Consult with team to develop parameters for and build a SharePoint repository for team materials and a large volume of images.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for senior management and sales representatives for renewals and other sales opportunities.
- Oversee website migration to CMS, create and update content via WordPress, and optimize copy and tags for SEO.
- Develop brand architecture, positioning and strategy for multiple business channels (B2B and B2C) and distribution networks.
- Create monthly Salesforce reports on lead status, sales pipeline activity and marketing influence opportunities to evaluate marketing program effectiveness.
- Maintain database used for reporting of safety and performance issues to senior management and manufacturing departments.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships, including securing a YouTube grant to produce original video series.
- Provide leadership and communication expertise for the development and deployment of the organization's first intranet.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fully integrated marketing communication & advertising agency.
- Demonstrated success in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficient knowledge in graphic design and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of marketing analytics.
- Creating a marketing & communication strategy plan
- Administered all web content and maintained updates to ensure messaging aligned with current objectives/goals within the company
- Spearheaded and managed a direct to consumer digital marketing strategy including market research, competitive analysis and business case development.
- Increased skills of field consultants in providing presentations through project management, cross-functional content development, process improvement and communications.
- Created and executed targeted marketing campaigns, including messaging, target list development, collateral development, and campaign fulfillment.

**Salary**: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
