**Position - Personal Assistant to the CEO - Female**

**Job description of Personal Assistant to the CEO of a retail fashion brand is**:

- Calendar and Schedule Management: Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring optimal time allocation. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Organizing the CEO's travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements. Ensuring smooth travel logistics and providing necessary travel itineraries and documents.
- Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, collating, and distributing meeting materials, and arranging meeting venues. Attending meetings with the CEO, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Confidentiality and Information Management: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Managing documents, files, and records, ensuring they are well-organized and easily accessible.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and internal staff. Representing the CEO professionally and fostering positive relationships on their behalf.
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research and gathering information on industry trends, market insights, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Summarizing findings and preparing reports for the CEO's review.
- Project Coordination: Assisting the CEO in managing various projects and initiatives, coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources. Providing regular updates on project progress and identifying potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Event Planning and Support: Supporting the CEO in planning and organizing company events, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities. Coordinating with event planners, vendors, social influencers and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handling various administrative tasks, including expense management, invoice processing, and procurement. Assisting with personal tasks such as appointments, reservations, and personal errands as required.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Anticipating challenges, identifying potential solutions, and presenting recommendations to the CEO. Assisting in critical decision-making processes by providing relevant information and analysis.
- Prioritization and Time Management: Assisting the CEO in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and delegating responsibilities. Ensuring the CEO's time is optimally allocated to focus on strategic priorities.
- Any ad hoc requests/requirements of the CEO.

**How to apply?**

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
