Accounting Assistant and Administrator

Answering calls and directing them to concerned department, taking messages and managing those visiting the office in a polite manner.
- Acknowledging client payment receipts after reconciliation.
- Keeping client folders updated with current trade licenses and ICV certificates.
- Requesting suppliers for SOA and verifying if the invoices mentioned is entered in our system.
- Creating vouchers when cheques are released by clients.
- Entering supplier invoices in the system.
- Entering petty cash bills in the system.
- Filing all paperwork created.
- Updating HR folders with all the renewed labour documents ongoingly.
- Assisting with submitting documents for ICV, financial audits and VAT returns filing.
- Any other tasks needing assistance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
