Servicenow Consultant

Possess a minimum of 6 years of expertise in ITSM Business Process Consulting, including High-Level Design and the formulation of technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation.
- Demonstrate a track record of at least 5 years in the Design and Implementation of ServiceNow ITSM Modules, ITOM, ITBM modules, and related integrations.
- Showcase proficiency in executing end-to-end ITSM suite implementations, including CMDB and ITAM lifecycle, with a minimum of 3 engagements.
- Exhibit hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM integrations.
- Showcase practical experience in working with domain-separated environments.
- Design and architect automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator, if possible.
- Demonstrate a history of implementing multiple API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), B2B integrations between ServiceNow and other ITSM tools, monitoring solutions, or other Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products.
- Possess extensive hands-on experience with script-based ServiceNow components, such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages, etc.
- Showcase deep experience working with ServiceNow Glide objects, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax, etc.
- Ability to construct ServicePortal pages, design customer widgets, and exhibit a strong understanding of Angular JS.
- Exhibit experience in analyzing issues, estimating efforts, and proposing solutions or prototyping.
- Possess a solid understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
- Hold certifications in ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Admin Certified, and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
**Salary**: From AED15,000.00 per month
