**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Primary Job Role:
2.Coffee Shop guest bills verification for GS 3, 10 & Lobby Lounges on a daily basis. Checking discounted bills. (EMP 50%&25% Discount, LT Loyalty, PC Loyalty, LT GS10, Fazza, others if any) *herewith Micros Billing Procedures

3.Duty Meal bills should have all details such as Employee name, number, signature and designation. Settled/Closed in Duty Meal 100% (FO, FBM, ROM, NA) *herewith Micros Billing Procedures *to tally in total DM bill in consolidated system sales

4.All Complimentary bills should have all details such as Employee name, Employee signature Company name and Guest name with HOD approval. All ENT sheet to be forwarded for GM signature.

5.Stock taking for all shelf items in coffee shop & Lobby Lounges and tallying the physical stock with the inventory sheet. Any difference to be inform to the Restaurant Manager & Chief Accountant.

6.Daily table verification during breakfast time or at any time, to check whether the guest is on package or chargeable (to make the bill). To check any difference from meal plan pax to actual pax, any difference inform concerned person.

7.Package bills for Breakfast (BB) should be settle before 11:30AM and for HB/FB BEFORE 11:30PM. Settled/Closed in Package 100% (Any wrong package has impact on covers report. Need to manual adjustment in covers report)

8.Collect Micros Bills on a daily basis and check in the Micros system for void bill. Generate Void report and forward the same to Restaurant.

9.Void Report with Valid Reason and should have the first KOT and void KOT copy. Should have approval of Chef in charge or Restaurant Manager/Supervisor and F&B Manager. To be forwarded to Chief Accountant for Approval. *herewith Micros Billing Procedures.

10.Daily basis monitoring the daily cutlery crockery breakages. (Collect, compile and declare in the C&C report)

11.Daily control of TA food items and other items from kitchen to outlets and track of wastage report.

13.Consolidated ENT reports to be forwarded to Management Account. (ENT cost building wise for tax purposes)

14.Month end physical inventory of all food items in the F&B store and kitchen food store. Preparing month end stock summary report and submitting to accounts

15.Month end costing of Welcome drinks, Fruit Basket, Loyalty guest amenities, Staff consumption, F&B Duty Meals, FO Duty managers, Night auditor meals, Management Staff pantry, Consolidated entertainment bills, Inter transfer to Sharjah and Creek vice versa and Monthly food provision/accrual.

Others Expenses - BBCOMP (Check in Package Forecast or Auditors), Staff Welfare, Trainings, Transfer to Executive Office, Food & Beverage Trial/Tasting, Festive Amenities, and etc.

16.Prepare F&B Consolidated Revenue (To tallied revenue per transaction code, No. of Duty Meal and No. of Complimentary Bills and Total voids)

19.Prepare monthly Food and Beverage Covers to be forwarded to F&B Manager and Chief Accountant.

20.Provided information about all the Restaurant Menus and Lobby Menus.

21.Provided information about OPERA System (Package Code, Coffee shop revenue posting, package forecast, Journal entry by payment, Room Enquiry,) and Package Meal Plan for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

22.Provided information about Outlet RVC POS, MICROS Reports (such as Daily System and RVC Detail, Consolidate System Sales Detail, Void Reports, Consolidate Serving Period for Covers Report, Employee Closed Guest Check, System and RVC Sales Mix Daily and Consolidated Summary) and MICROS POS Configuration (same with Item #18).

23.Provided information about JDE System (Voucher Matching or Invoice Booking, LPO checking with correct account code, Invoice attachment, to check pending VM for approval.

24.VM Posting (Confirmatory LPO) and Scan Invoices and attachment. LPO checking for GSHA and GSHR should be signed by F&B Manager and Chief Accountant and to check LPO account code (310305.6015 Food and Beverage, 310305.7840 Other Supplier and 310305.7800 Cleaning Supplies)

25.Complimentary Report 2018-2023, Existing Scanned F&B Contracts w/ Expiry Date (Euro, Ali Gholami, Coca Cola, Clean Earth & Sams F&B & HK), Crockery & Cutlery 2017-2023,

26.Approved GSHA Micros Billing Procedure, GSHA POS Configurator Process (POS CREATION), GS Creek EMC Process (POS CREATION).

27.All Signed Micros Price Approval and Approved GSHA Full Menu (All active POS as per POS Masterfile)

28.All costing from 2017-2023 and Micros POS menu item Masterfile..

29.All Micros Sales Report/Reconciliation 2018-2023 and F&B Covers Report 2020-2023 GSHA Revenue and Cost Budget for 2023.

30.All F&B Reports (Consumption, COS YTD and Cost Credit) and Stock Summary Report 2018-2023.

31.Existing GSHA Package Allocation 2022-2023. (Note: Package code with New Rate or new Package allocation need to update in Opera for 2023-2024 before October 1st and need to refresh all the booking made before October 1 to reflect all the new rates. Peak Season October-Ma
