- **Five PM Real Estate** - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai;
- **Stone Tree Vacation Homes** - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
- **ST Technical Service** - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.

Currently we are looking for **a Lawyer **to join our fast growing team

**What you will do**:

- Monitoring legal risk in real estate documentation and giving the correct advice to clients;
- Managing regulatory and compliance-related services;
- Representing the clients in purchases and sales of properties;
- Ensuring that suitable approvals are prepared before real estate transactions are carried out;
- Supporting legal and general advisory;
- Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations.

**We expect you to have**:

- Experience in the same field;
- Bachelor Degree in Law;
- English fluent speaker.
