**Responsibilities**
- Developing corporate structures for the safeguarding and administration of assets, overseeing the registration and re-domiciliation processes for companies, trusts, and foundations.
- Providing assistance with corporate restructuring and ensure timely annual renewals.
- Drawing up various commercial contracts and other legal documents.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting memos on a broad spectrum of legal matters encompassing corporate, migration, civil, and family law.
- Collaboration with UAE authorities and preparation responses to their inquiries.
- Supporting the treasury team throughout compliance procedures within financial institutions.
- Managing internal compliance procedures.
- Providing legal support to other legal team members and teams involved in complex projects.
- Liaising with external advisors.
- Performing of other legal tasks as requested by the management.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Law with strong academic credentials.
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience.
- 1 year of experience within the UAE legal framework (mandatory).
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English, including business and legal (mandatory).
- High self-organization skills, ability to work independently with a minimum supervision.
- Ability to think in a structured way, analyze data and prioritize workload.
- Excellent learning abilities and ability to search and analyse information in a quick and efficient manner.
- Proven problem-solving skills.

**Conditions and Benefits**
- 40 hours work week (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm).
