_**This position is for applicants with knowledge of spoken and written Russian and English.**_

We are seeking an experienced document management lawyer who possesses professional skills in the field of law and **is fluent in both English and Russian languages.** Your main responsibility will involve processing and preparing various legal documents in Russian and English, as well as providing legal support during the document management process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing, analyzing, and preparing legal documentation in Russian and English (agreements, contracts, claims, etc.)
- Verifying legal documents for compliance with legislation and accuracy of formatting
- Participating in negotiations and consultations with clients and partners in Russian and English
- Preparing legal expert opinions and consultations on matters related to document management
- Analyzing risks and developing risk mitigation strategies during document management

**Requirements**:

- Higher education in Law
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on document management
- In-depth knowledge of Russian and international law
- Excellent command of Russian and English languages, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with various legal documents and document management systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines
