Job description
- Receives and monitors daily inbound and outbound transactions.
- Validates all incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Prepares and arranges invoices.
- Provides support in the reconciliation of balances in client’s account.
- Prepares the company’s daily, monthly and yearly report.
- Provides client support for all incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and clients.
- Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, and updating.
- Ensure that all invoices processing in the organization are timely, accurate, and complete
- Create appointments for the clients to visit the office.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and confirm their appointment.
- The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
**Salary**: Up to AED 3,000.00 per month
