**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties**:
- **Financial Management**:
- Maintain accurate financial records using **Zoho Books** or similar accounting software.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- **Budgeting and Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- **Payroll Processing**:
- Process payroll using **Zoho People** or other payroll software.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
- **Tax Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
**Administrative Duties**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
- **HR Support**:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping using **Zoho People**.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- **Documentation and Filing**:
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
**Qualifications:Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in **Zoho software** (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho People) or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
**Preferred**:
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes (for husband visa eligibility).
