Staff Officer

**_Job Description_**:
- _Design and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational objectives_
- _Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps_
- _Develop annual training calendars and coordinate program schedules_
- _Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials and curricula_
- _Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants_
- _Monitor training budget and prepare cost-benefit analyses_
- _Track and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback_
- _Prepare detailed reports on training activities and outcomes_
- _Coordinate with department heads to ensure training meets specific needs_
- _Maintain training records and documentation for compliance purposes_
- _Supervise training administrative staff and coordinate with instructors_
**_Job Experience_**:
- _Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or related field_
- _Minimum 3 years experience in training and development_
- _Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies_
- _Excellent project management and organizational skills_
- _Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)_
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities_
