**The Role**:
As a Lounge Assistant you will be responsible for providing VVIP customer service to company’s passengers and guests, ensuring that the lounge and pantry is always kept clean and tidy reflecting excellence in service the company provides to all entering the lounge.**/**
**Main Responsibilities**:

- To provide personal service to VIP passengers & guests in the FBO.
- Work closely with the Client Service Manager to ensure efficient and professional service is delivered.
- Facilitate a harmonious atmosphere for the comfort of passengers and guests.
- Always keep the lounge and pantry clean and tidy.
- Assisting the Client Service Manager to ensure a quick and seamless transition through the FBO for passengers and guests.
- Assist with offloaded laundry and crockery.
- Assist Client Service Manager with day-to-day tasks.
- Re-stock the fridges as required. Prepare dry store list when required.
- Assist Porters with passenger luggage.
- Build an excellent relationship with representatives of the DCA and SAA.
- Shopping for crew requirements when needed.
- Report Safety hazards.

**Essential**
- Be client focused.
- Immaculate personal grooming at all times, wearing uniform Gama way.
- Willing to be flexible with shift timings as per schedule.
- Willing to be a team player.
- Able to work on your own at times and plan ahead as per schedule.
- Own transportation to and from work.

**Advantageous**- Driver’s license is an advantage.
- Barista trained, understand the different methods of serving teas and coffee.
