- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

**Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and professional growth.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

**Content and Branding**:

- Oversee the creation of compelling content for promotional materials, website, and social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

**Partnerships and Collaboration**:

- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track expenses and report on ROI for all marketing initiatives.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **4-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
