**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Manage all aspects of financial transactions, accounting, and budgeting.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of tuition fee payments.
- Follow up with students regarding their fee installments using a three-round call system on a weekly basis.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and prepare reports for top management.
- **Student Engagement and Retention**:

- Conduct outreach to students who have discontinued their studies and discuss potential re-enrollment options.
- Implement strategies to improve student retention and satisfaction.
- Regularly update student records and monitor daily attendance.
- **Recruitment and Hiring**:

- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new students.
- Coordinate with educational departments to align recruitment efforts with program needs.
- Participate in promotional and outreach activities to attract new students.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Perform daily administrative tasks including but not limited to taking student attendance and reporting to top management.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as required by the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all institutional policies and regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience in an educational environment.
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily in an office environment.
- May require occasional weekend or evening work for special promotional events or critical financial cycles.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
