**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with routine administrative tasks.
- Office Management: Maintain filing systems, order office supplies, and ensure the office remains organized and tidy.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring effective time management.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities, expenses, and other relevant information.
- Support Staff: Provide administrative assistance to management and other team members as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
