At the Barista Institute, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and schools with the

skills and knowledge needed to excel in the art of coffee brewing. We offer a range of

comprehensive training courses tailored to both aspiring baristas and educational

institutions looking to equip their students with valuable barista skills.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Outreach**:
enthusiasts and businesses.
- Follow up with potential students to address inquiries and guide them through the

enrollment process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and

strategies.

**Student Relations**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective students, delivering

exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for

participants.
- Gather feedback from students to enhance our training programs and offerings.

**Operations Management**:

- Manage inventory of training materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Place orders for equipment and materials as required, ensuring timely delivery and

cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of training facilities, ensuring they meet our

standards for cleanliness and functionality.

**School Partnerships**:

- Foster and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partner schools.
- Collaborate with school administrators to schedule training sessions and workshops.
- Work with the education team to develop tailored training programs for schools.

**Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, student enrollment, and training

schedules.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and trends.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice processing and database

management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the coffee industry or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage

diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for coffee and a desire to share knowledge with others.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
