The Leisure Concierge is responsible for being the first point of contact for Hotel Guests and Recreation members who are using the Leisure facilities. In addition, the Leisure Concierge is also responsible for all membership enquiries, registrations, payments and ensuring the membership database is kept up to date.

**What will I be doing?**

The Leisure Concierge is responsible for being the first point of contact for Hotel Guests and Recreation members who are using the Leisure facilities. In addition, the Leisure Concierge is also responsible for all membership enquiries, registrations, payments and ensuring the membership database is kept up to date:

- Meeting, greeting and directing Guests who access the outdoor leisure facilities.
- Serving as the main point of contact for hotel guests and recreation members using the outdoor facilities.
- Greets guests / members immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of operation, water sports, membership rates and benefits etc. according to individual needs.
- Provides information, advice and assistance with booking services for a wide variety of Guest enquiries, including tennis court access, tennis and swimming lessons, group exercise classes and special events within the hotel.
- Answers telephone calls from outside guests and hotel guests.
- Conducts membership show arounds and registrations. Finalises payments and follows up with renewals. Keeping the membership database up to date with the correct payment/expiry dates and contact information.
- Arranges and confirms any special requests - cabana reservations, lost and found items, day pass bookings etc.
- Responds to guest complaints, conducts research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiates results. Listens and assists in resolving problems. Remains calm and alert especially during emergency situations and heavy hotel activity.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with Guests, Members and Team Members
- Seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and responding to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate.
- Responsible for keeping stock of the recreation equipment, including but not limited to - tennis rackets, tennis balls, table tennis equipment, games and pool inflatables.
- Communicating with the Recreation Manager about any guest requests, complaints, and preferences.
