*Human Resource Manager*

Kalandoor Group Company is one of the leading international business house based in Dubai, which have branches in GCC countries. It has been in the business since 2000 and comprises of professional managements, staffs and skilled workers to support the overall activities of the company. We are a diversified group in the field of construction, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, international trading, and green energy.

*Responsibilities*
- Use your HR expertise, energy and business acumen to establish trusted partnership with our Engineering function
- Be accountable for talent planning, succession, assessments and HR processes that drive a high performing team
- Work with senior managers across the business on performance management, organisational design, employee engagement and workforce planning
- Deliver precise, compliant, HR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracy
- Partner with managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs
- Deliver on business-critical HR related projects globally
- Mainly responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of human resource functions
- Building the core people and operational process to set employees up to succeed
- Building on the talent development programme
- High volume recruitment for mainly blue collar staff
- Make strategic and market data driven decisions
- Ensuring a safe environment for people to work in Delivering the day to day HR activities including onboarding, contracting and the full employee life cycle
- Maintain, update and improve workplace health and safety
- Attendance & leave management, payroll calculation of employees regularly

*Requirements*
- Min 5 years relevant work experience
- Proven experience in a previous HR role balancing administration and strategic elements
- A strong understanding of HR best-practice and current regulations & labour laws
- An ability to balance tactical and administrative tasks with emotional intelligence and problem solving
- Experience in new talent recruitment and retention planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is appreciated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resource Management: 5 years (preferred)
