**Office**: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

**KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture or related
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, punctual and resourceful
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good time management, organizational and forward planning skills
- Possess a positive attitude and energetic approach to work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxurious products is a plus

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Responsible for creating event designs, drawings, and renderings for events
- Produce complex digital files in scales from concept to finish for assigned events
- Ensure paperwork, digital design files, and renderings are well-organized and maintained
- Designs should be developed to meet the client’s requirement and budget and to be delivered within the deadline
- Resolve issues among clients, internal departments, and vendors by interfacing with them
- Coordinate with the team for a creative approach
- Ensure set specifications are well understood; maintain specs for floor plan, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations
- Write complete rendering specifications clearly
- Participate in departmental, planning, and design meetings, as well as in brainstorming sessions
- Ensure project status, delivery information are promptly communicated to internal teams and clients
- Perform review of design elements for effectiveness, and be present in event installations / set up
- To be up-to-date with the latest software, design trends, vendor products, props/design elements, and production techniques
- Perform all necessary documentation; ensure consistency and accuracy

**Experience**:

- Events Design: 2 years (required)
