Our client is a leading Manpower Supply company in UAE. They have 15+ years of rich experience in supplying skilled and semi-skilled manpower in almost all the civil categories.

We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** with a strong skill set encompassing communication, negotiation, research, strategy, business intelligence, and networking. This role is pivotal in our manpower supply company's growth and expansion, involving client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Acquisition**: Identify, target, and acquire potential clients in need of manpower supply services across diverse industries.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- ** Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competition to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- ** Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on both quantity and quality of manpower supply.
- ** Proposal Preparation**: Create customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements that align with the unique requirements of clients.
- ** Negotiation Mastery**: Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, contracts, and agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.
- ** Research and Strategy**: Conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic plans for client acquisition and business growth.
- ** Business Intelligence**: Leverage business intelligence to identify key market segments, trends, and opportunities for expansion.
- ** Networking Expertise**: Build and nurture a network of industry contacts, partners, and stakeholders to support business development efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- ** Proven experience of at least 10 to 15 years in the manpower supply industry**.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Profound negotiation abilities with a track record of successful deals.
- Strong research and strategic planning capabilities.
- Business intelligence acumen to drive data-informed decisions.
- Outstanding networking skills to establish and maintain valuable connections.
