Lubricant Sales Coordinator

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of superior lubricants, Renol Oil and Lubricants is committed to delivering quality products through innovative practices. We are currently looking for a skilled Lubricant Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate daily sales activities, including order processing, billing, and logistics.
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing detailed product information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to compile data, maintain sales pipelines, and prepare accurate sales reports.
- Manage and distribute marketing materials to aid the sales team and promote our product lineup.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and coordinate with logistics for prompt delivery.
- Organize shipping arrangements, from selecting carriers to tracking deliveries, ensuring orders arrive on schedule.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to verify orders are correctly processed for shipment.
- Support in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and contract development.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM database, tracking all interactions and order histories.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors to provide insights that support business strategies.
- Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing necessary administrative support.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Team player with the ability to foster positive relationships internally and externally.
- Proactive in solving problems and making informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the lubricants market and products is desirable.
