To keep up with strong growth in Middle East, a new position as Business Developer Foodservice has recently been created to develop our presence within the hotel channel and support Bridor's success on the area.

It will be your responsibility to ensure customers receive this high level of service expected, whilst maximising the opportunities to further expand the hotel market. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth across our customers base in UAE.

Reporting to the Senior Business Developer as well and working closely with the wider Bridor sales and technical team you will be responsible for developing successful and profitable relationships with existing customers on the hotel channel.

In addition, this role will have a focus on developing new business opportunities within your region in line with the UAE strategy.

Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, your knowledge and understanding of the UAE Hotel network enables you to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both distributors and customers.

Experience and expertise in bakery/pastry will be highly valued as well as previous sales role within the Middle East area. The position is based in the UAE, and frequent travel within the region will be required.

Vous veillez à ce que les clients reçoivent le niveau de service attendu, tout en maximisant les possibilités d'expansion du marché hôtelier. Vous serez responsable de la croissance rentable de notre base de clients dans les Émirats Arabes Unis.

Sous la responsabilité du Senior Business Developer et en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe commerciale et technique de Bridor, vous développez des relations fructueuses et rentables avec les clients existants sur le canal de l'hôtellerie.

Vous vous concentrez également sur le développement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans votre région, conformément à la stratégie des Émirats Arabes Unis.

PROFIL

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et organisée, dotée d'une solide expérience en matière de développement commercial et ayant fait ses preuves dans le domaine de la vente dans le secteur de l'alimentation ou des boissons.

Orienté résultats et doté d'excellentes compétences relationnelles, votre connaissance et votre compréhension du réseau hôtelier des Émirats Arabes Unis vous permettent d'établir et de maintenir des relations durables avec les distributeurs et les clients.

Une expérience et expertise en boulangerie/pâtisserie seront très appréciées, de même qu'une précédente expérience de la vente dans la région du Moyen-Orient. Le poste est basé aux Émirats arabes unis et des déplacements fréquents dans la région seront nécessaires.
