We are an established Joinery operating in the GCC as well markets beyond, specialized in the manufacturing of high-performance Fire & Acoustic door cores and assemblies for over two decades. As an ambitious organization with a strong brand recognition within the construction industry, we are now venturing into Interior Design & Contracting aiming at the premium segment.

For this new business vertical, we are looking for a competent Business Development Manager with the right skill set and industry experience. Those who meet the requirements given below and are ready to take up this exciting as well as challenging opportunity can apply.

**Job description / Role**

**Employment**: Full Time

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Identifying potential business deals by contacting investor’s/partners, exploring opportunities for commercial projects such as offices, retail, banks, restaurants etc.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
- Attending events and joining different forums to promote the company's services and projects.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, leasing agents.
- Liaising with PM's to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.
- Following up on receivables of project sales and ensuring payment realization in-line with company mandate.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 10 years UAE experience in the Interior design and build and Fit-out industry with a wide variety of connections and contacts.

**Skills Required**:

- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Energetic and Motivation for Sales
- Previous proven experience and thorough knowledge in Fit out / Design / Turnkey / Acoustic projects
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
- Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
- Manage clients expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments
- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner and build a sustainable long term business relationship.
