Sharjah, United Arab Emirates SKM Air Conditioning LLC Full time

Skilled Tradesman (Plumber, Electrician, Gypsum Carpenter Cum Painter, Tiles Fixer, Supervisor-Fit Out) required with a minimum of 5-6 Years GCC experience in New Buildings /Fit out work.

**1. Plumber** -Responsible for Maintenance, repair, and installation of the following systems:

- Domestic and commercial hot and cold-water distribution
- Domestic and commercial DHW generation and cold-water systems
- Internal drainage, soil, and waste systems
- Toilets, sinks, urinals, shower mixers, bathtub, shower tray, new drainage pipeline installation and other related plumbing works.
- Control To carry out local electrical isolation and re-instatement to safely complete mechanical maintenance works.

**2. Electrician** - Responsible for installing, repairing building electrical system including DB & 3 phase wiring,
- Install and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in the building.
- Install conduits and pipes to apartment electrical wires and cables.
- Install circuit breakers and other electric hardware and connect wiring to them.
- Connect electric system to power lines to provide electric supply to the building.
- Test electric system to ensure proper installation and operation.
- Inspect electric system to determine whether repairs are needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**3. Gypsum Carpenter Cum Painter**:

- Responsible for:

- working with gypsum boards and completing interior finishing work.
- Undertaking installation and repair tasks as may be required by the project.
- Making designs for gypsum ceilings based on the client and project requirement.
- Gauging and cutting materials as per the required size.
- Following the laid-out processes and procedures while conducting tasks

**4. Tiles Fixer**

A tile fixer is responsible for
- installing all kinds of tiles fixing. Laying and setting tiles to create decorative wall, mural and floor designs.
- Cutting and fitting tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
- Preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered
- Mixing, applying, and spreading cement, glue, or other adhesives using hand tools
- Aligning and Straightening tiles using levels and squares.
- Cutting, polishing, and installing marble and granite
- Removing and replacing cracked or damaged tiles

**5. Supervisor -Fit Out**

Responsible for all joinery fit outs. Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings. Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including Labor force.
- Ensure the site complies with H&S regulations, risk assessments and audits.
- Maintain H & S documents.
- Manage day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, effectively and on time.
- Work closely with all sub-contractors and other construction professionals.
- Liaise and report to the Project Manager
- Co-ordinate on-site operations from beginning to end, within agreed safety, time, cost and quality standards and objectives.
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials.
- Provide regular progress updates and conduct regular project reviews with visiting contractors / Project Manager
- Any other task to be assigned by the Supervisor.
