**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for building services projects, including mechanical, electrical, public health, and civil systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM models and ensure model consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using BIM software, adhering to project requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they reflect the latest design and construction information.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices in BIM modelling.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders on BIM-related processes and software.
- Participate in project meetings, offering insights and solutions related to BIM and building services design.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling within the building services or construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows specific to building services.
- Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection in complex building projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the Middle East is a plus.
- Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are desirable.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in large-scale building services projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
- Knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices within building services.
- Familiarity with advanced BIM technologies and methodologies.
- Understanding of project management principles related to building services.
