Onday Properties is hiring experienced and competitive Sales Manager who can join the world of Real Estate to bring valuable contributions to the company.

**Position Overview**:
The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities of a real estate agency or brokerage. This role involves leading a team of sales agents, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with agents, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- **Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue opportunities.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the real estate industry.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Planning and Forecasting**:Develop sales plans, set targets, and forecast sales volumes to meet business goals.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with marketing teams to create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and advertising initiatives to attract potential buyers and sellers.
- **Negotiation**:Assist sales agents in negotiating property sales and lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients and the company.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards, including fair housing laws and agency regulations.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.
- **Performance Metrics**:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and client satisfaction to evaluate team and individual performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
