- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and external systems for seamless data flow.
- Develop and maintain SAP SuccessFactors master data, including employee records and payroll elements.
- Perform testing, user training, and documentation for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors-related issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
- Conduct system performance monitoring and implement optimizations to ensure efficient HR and payroll operations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an SAP EC & ECP Consultant or in a similar SAP SuccessFactors role.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, including personnel administration, organizational management, and payroll processing.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple SAP SuccessFactors projects.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.

**Salary**: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
