**Job Summary**:The Admin/Coordinator for Maintenance plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the daily activities of the maintenance department. This position requires exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills to ensure the efficient operation of maintenance processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory and Supplies Management**:Maintain an inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and track expenses related to maintenance materials.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
Generate reports on maintenance performance and expenses.

**Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding maintenance-related inquiries and requests.
Communicate maintenance schedules and updates to affected departments and personnel.

**Budget Support**:Assist in preparing and monitoring the maintenance department's budget.
Track expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Vendor Management**:Coordinate with maintenance contractors and service providers.
Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure that vendors meet service level agreements.

**Safety and Compliance**:Assist in maintaining compliance with safety regulations and protocols within the maintenance department.
Promote and enforce safety practices among maintenance staff.

**Administrative Tasks**:Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist in the creation and distribution of maintenance-related documentation.

**Team Support**:Provide administrative support to maintenance technicians and ensure they have the necessary resources and documentation to perform their duties effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, terminology, and best practices (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with budget tracking and basic financial concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
