HR & Admin Executive (Sports Facility Centre)

Manages all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training, and personnel affairs.
- Conducts performance evaluation training and monitors department’s performance in conducting the performance evaluation.
- Ensures that the Company’s overall human resources policies, rules, regulations, and procedures comply with UAE Labor Law.
- Manages and develops individual human resources staff to help them achieve full potential and deliver consistently high-performance standards.
- Compliance and Record-keeping
- Payroll and Budget
- Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
- Directs and oversees all administration related activities including security, preventative and corrective maintenance, office & pantry supplies.
**Requirements**:
- HR education background
- At least 05 years' UAE working experience in HR manager role with at least 03 years of team management.
- Strong Knowledge of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Sports, Fitness or Entertainment will be an advantage.
