Welcoming customers / guests who require meetings with managers.
Handling incoming telephone calls from answering machines and various business units.
Ensuring the company registration is updated across all department portals in the UAE.
Coordinating with external institutions on a case-by-case basis.
Liaising with the facility management team to address any maintenance issues for the showroom
and workshop.
Maintaining the company vehicle logbook and ensuring timely renewal of vehicle registrations.
Providing Arabic translation support for documents to the sales staff.
Assisting the AMSA team in drafting Arabic letters as needed.Facilitating the acquisition of permits from relevant government departments.
Supporting the finance team in legal and administrative matters.
To work with finance and admin team as directed on case-by-case basis.
Supporting AMS Head Office on HR matters relating to AMSA staff

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
