**Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design and a knack for connecting with customers?** We're seeking a talented Sales Assistant/Designer to join our vibrant startup, Vertical Design where **art meets commerce** and **neon lights illuminate dreams**.
**In this dynamic role, you'll be the heart of our customer experience, wielding your design skills and sales savvy to make magic happen.**
**What You'll Do**:
**Become a Neon Whisperer**: Charm customers in our showroom, understand their vision, and guide them towards the perfect custom neon creation.
- **Captivate visitors in our showroom**:_understand what there are looking for and assist them in selecting the perfect tile for their project._
- Will provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet the customer’s expectations, project deadline and budget.The knowledge of the aesthetics and technical aspects of the product is crucial_
- Be up to date on stock availability and pricing structure. Collaborate with Admin & Operations Department to keep precise records of samples and inventory at the showroom display._**:
- Be responsible for the full sales cycle**:_Engaging with customers and pro-actively following up with leads, negotiating, receiving orders, issuing quotations and invoices._
- Be often present in client installations to capture captivating visuals for our social media platforms._
- To know how to best utilize your design expertise to craft newsletters and visual content for social media platforms._
- Will maintain and keep up to date a network record list for clients._
- Be able to provide after sales technical assistance and handle customers complains if necessary._
- Every month prepare a project status report which will be updated and discussed with the manager._
- With enthusiasm you will promote the brand and acting in a professional matter with appropriate values to protect the company’s intellectual assets - brand, reputation, trademarks, software, research and development, patents, staff skills, strategy, process quality, supplier and customer relationships._**:

**Sales Strategist**: Contribute creative ideas to drive sales and craft captivating promotions.

- credit notes), sales reports._**:
- SHOPIFY **_- Product listing, inventory and orders management, shipment management & after sales support._**:
- SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT**_ _- assist on the planning, implementation and monitoring the company’s social media strategy._
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested._

**Working Schedule**:
- Must work from Tuesday to Sunday including Saturday-Sunday: 09:00 AM - 6:00 PM in our showroom
- One weekday off (Wednesday) Second day negotiable depending on level and work load
