**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team, combining key administrative duties with dedicated customer support. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who excels in both managing office tasks and providing exceptional service to our clients. The position involves preparing and managing quotations, following up with customers, and supporting overall office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office activities, manage office supplies, and maintain office equipment. Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external events. Arrange travel and accommodations as needed.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and files, prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

**Customer Support & Quotation Management**:

- **Quotation Preparation**: Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and company pricing policies. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotations to clients.
- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, and pricing. Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Follow-Up**: Track and follow up on quotations and customer requests. Ensure timely responses and updates, and assist with any additional information required by clients.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather information, support the sales process, and coordinate meetings or calls between customers and sales representatives.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on quotation status, customer feedback, and sales performance. Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 01 years of experience in an administrative support role with a focus on customer service and quotation management.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attributes**: Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
