Junior Office Clerk

**1. Duties**
- Filing all company documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Operating and managing office equipment such as the printer, copier and shredder.
- Retrieve daily sales/inventory reports from database systems and sort in MS Excel, in provided template.
- Reconcile daily sales data with Tender book (customer payments).
- Assist in adhoc tasks related to inventory management.
- Processing petty cash payments and other clerical tasks
- Performing data entry tasks when needed
- Works as a member of a team and individually depending on the circumstances
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices
**3. Qualifications**
- 2+ years' experience in a clerical position
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Able to send all written correspondence in perfect English
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Fast typist with excellent multitasking abilities
- Able to lift 20 pounds
