**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Manager. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for daily call center operations, continuous improvement, and team management to optimize customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in customer satisfaction and contact center management
- Strong analytical and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience in the aesthetics industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
