Admissions Officer

To successfully work towards the goal of converting enquiries towards assessments and firm enrollments.
**Marketing Activities**
Follow up with Enquiries generated through various channels as per the prescribed operating procedure.
Serve as frontline representative to families and external communities.
Develop personal rapport with prospective parents and students.
Interact with prospective parents and students at recruitment events, open days and information sessions locally and represent the school.
Be well versed with the school’s USP and continuously update oneself with new features of the school to communicate the school ethos and programs effectively.
Prepare and tailor admissions pitches and school tours to individual needs of prospective students and parents.
Deliver group tours during School Tours, Open Houses, Information Sessions and participate in other recruitment activities as needed while ensuring stakeholders receive a personalized experience.
Schedule and confirm timing for personal tours/school visits/meetings with the Senior Leadership Team.
Identify, develop, and maintain relations under with Corporates, HR Recruitment Agencies etc. to contribute the enrollment pipeline.
Support the Marketing Team in arranging and coordinating on External Events.
Provide feedback and information as deemed necessary by the Director Admissions.
**Admissions Activities**
Work closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing Team to understand the profile of students and deliver best-in-class admissions pitches and school tours.
Schedule and confirm timing for assessments and or post-assessment consultations between parents and academic staff.
Supervise assessments if required.
Conduct and organise post-assessment consultation sessions if required to communicate results or answer queries related to the assessment.
Assist in the re-enrollment process of existing families.
Support the Director of Admissions Team in preparing Ad-hoc reports and analyses for the Management.
**Reporting and Data**
Manage the pipeline of opportunities and diligently update the CRM and School MIS platform
Input notes about interactions and other data.
Ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting and data collection
**Job Requirements**
- Direct sales experience in highly personalized B2C environment ideally.
- Previous experience in admissions, education or schools is a plus
- A team-player who can work with different parties to achieve the overall goal
- Result oriented and driven by successful outcomes
- Experience of dealing with clients in a multi-cultural setting
- Proactive and shows initiative; able to work independently with mínimal direction
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and persuasion skills in a 1:1 and group setting
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to pick up new software quickly with adequate training
- Well versed in spoken and written English.
- Fluency in Arabic a Plus.

**Salary**: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
