**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Counselling prospective students on various study abroad options, including courses, universities, and scholarships.
- Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with prospective students.
- Meeting enrolment targets through tele-sales, in-person sales, and other marketing activities.
- Keeping up to date with changes in admission policies, procedures, and visa regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all student interactions and admissions data.
- Preparing reports on admission statistics and student demographics.
- Conducting outreach activities to promote study abroad programs, including education fairs and exhibitions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Providing feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for promoting study abroad programs.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, colleges, and education agencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in admission counselling for study abroad programs and/or marketing/sales/tele-sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of admission procedures and visa regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of AED 3000 - AED 4000, depending on experience and qualifications.
