**Overview of the role**:

- The primary focus of the role will be to develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales to SMEs and also responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and negotiating sales contracts and creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and attending industry events to promote their products or services.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to target and sell to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the automotive industry.
- Identify potential clients within the SME sector and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, potential growth areas, and competitors' activities.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to secure new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, campaigns, and collateral to promote products or services to SMEs.
- Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with SMEs.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems or other sales tools.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to SME clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products or services to SMEs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.

3. Negotiation skills.
4. Experience with sales tools.

**About the Team**:

- Reporting to the Area B2B Manager and will work closely with the B2B sales team and internal and external stakeholders.

**What equips you for the role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 8 - 10 years’ experience B2B automotive industry, including knowledge of the different sectors and the needs and challenges faced by SMEs.
- Experience with managing and leading a team.
- Experience with managing increase volume and managing collections.
- Experience with managing model wise target.
- Valid UAE drivers license.
