**About the Role**:
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about sales, loves making connections, and understands the importance of hitting goals consistently. In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and show them how Techbot’s Odoo solutions can support their success. Meeting quarterly targets is essential, and we’ll be there to help you grow and succeed in reaching them. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, achieve set goals, and grow within our team.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Engage with potential clients, introducing them to our solutions through various channels
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
- Keep our CRM updated with client interactions for organized follow-ups
- Collaborate with teammates to stay in the loop on our products and industry updates
- Tailor sales pitches to meet each client’s unique needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, setting and meeting quarterly targets
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales
- A valid UAE Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills—English fluency is a must, and Arabic is a plus
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using CRM tools and software
**Compensation and Growth**:
- **Starting Salary**: AED 5,000 + commissions
- **Quarterly Target**: AED 180,000
- **Commissions**:
- 5.5% for overachievement above 100% of target
- 5% if performance is between 85-100% of target
- 1% if performance is below 85% of target
- **Appraisal Opportunity**: Achieve your **would be target** two quarters in a row, and you’ll have the option to upgrade your compensation package.
