We are currently seeking a proficient and dedicated individual to join our esteemed educational institution as an Exams Officer and Extra-Curricular Activity Coordinator. This multifaceted role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of the UK examination system, particularly IGCSE and A-level exam entries, alongside experience in Dubai's educational landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational institution in Dubai.
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK examination system, including IGCSE and A-level exam entries.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

As the Exams Officer, you will be entrusted with the crucial responsibility of managing the entire examination process. This includes coordinating exam entries with various UK exam boards, ensuring compliance with examination regulations, and overseeing the smooth administration of examinations. Your proficiency in handling examination logistics, including scheduling, invigilation arrangements, and result management, will be paramount.

In addition to your role as an Exams Officer, you will also take charge of coordinating extra-curricular activities within the school. This involves liaising with staff and students to develop a diverse range of engaging activities that complement the academic curriculum. Your ability to foster a dynamic and enriching extra-curricular program will contribute significantly to the holistic development of our students.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting cover timetables, ensuring efficient staffing arrangements in the event of teacher absences. Your adeptness in managing timetables and allocating resources will play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity in the delivery of education.
