Position Overview: As the Lead Generation Manager in the Business Setup Industry, your primary responsibility will be to strategize, execute, and optimize lead generation activities to attract potential clients and drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target audiences, create effective lead generation campaigns, and convert leads into qualified prospects. The role demands a strong understanding of the business setup industry, market dynamics, and effective lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive new business opportunities.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential client segments, industry trends, and competitors to refine the lead generation approach.

Website Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the company website is optimized for lead conversion and user engagement.

Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing workflows to maintain regular communication with leads and move them through the sales funnel.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

Lead Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure only qualified leads are passed to the sales pipeline.

CRM Management: Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate records of leads and track the progress of lead generation campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation performance and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager or similar role, preferably in the business setup or related industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of local business setup regulations and industry-specific trends is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
