As a Sales Executive for high-end watches, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships. Your primary duties will include:

- Engaging with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and aspirations, providing personalized recommendations on high-end watches that align with their tastes and lifestyle.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the luxury watch brands, including their history, craftsmanship, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Showcasing expertise in watch features, materials, and movements, guiding customers through the selection process with confidence and professionalism.
- Proactively prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including networking events, client referrals, and outreach initiatives, to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clientele.
- Providing post-sale support and assistance, including watch servicing inquiries, warranty claims, and product exchanges, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory levels using the CRM system, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Upholding the brand image and reputation by embodying the values of professionalism, integrity, and passion for luxury watches in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watch or jewelry industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Deep knowledge and appreciation of high-end watch brands, their heritage, and craftsmanship, with a genuine passion for horology and luxury lifestyle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage customers, and articulate complex product information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proactive attitude towards sales, with a results-driven mindset, resilience in overcoming objections, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail industry schedule.
