**We require to hire for position of SALES EXECUTIVE - WATCHES under our group of companies.**

**Overview**: As a Sales Executive specializing in watches, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting brand awareness within the luxury watch market. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, showcasing our exquisite watch collections, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a passion for luxury watches, strong sales skills, and a customer-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including watch enthusiasts, collectors, and high-net-worth individuals. Understand their preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term loyalty.

2. **Sales Generation**: Proactively identify sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking events, and social media. Showcase our watch collections to potential clients, highlight unique features and craftsmanship, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of our watch collections, including brand history, craftsmanship, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of our watches to clients.

4. **Client Engagement Events**: Organize and participate in client engagement events such as watch exhibitions, trunk shows, and VIP dinners. Host exclusive previews of new watch releases, organize product presentations, and cultivate a memorable brand experience for clients.

5. **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to purchase. Provide feedback on client preferences and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.

6. **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software. Generate regular reports on sales performance, trends, and client feedback for management review. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization of sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watch industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury watches and a keen eye for craftsmanship and design.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver personalized service to meet their needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales performance tracking tools.
