Terms of employment

Employment contract

Full-time / part-time job

Obligatory office attendance in Dubai

Monday-Friday working week

**Responsibilities**:
Preparing and providing accounting, tax and financial reporting in accordance with both National standards and IFRS

Cooperation with controlling authorities

Coordinating reporting procedures and proper closing of periods, preparation of accounts for consolidation (BS, P&L)

Regular bookkeeping (relating to purchases, sales, operation expenses etc.)

Planning and managing cash flows

Controlling all banking operations performed in company

Payroll calculation. Calculation of sick leave, vacation

Being point of contact for payroll related queries for our local and foreign employees

Preparation of personnel documents (orders for admission, dismissal of employees, time sheets, staff list)

Finance administration

**Accounting and taxation (calculating taxes such as**: VAT, WHT, registration)

Preparation and execution of the current documentation for all company’s operations

Control of contracts — financial, tax risks

Personal finance assistant to CEO and chairman

**Requirements**:
Full time Work experience more than 5 years

Work experience as a chief accountant for at least 2 years

Confident PC user, MS Office, Excel

Ability to work as a single accountant

University degree in Audit / Accounting / Finance

Good knowledge of English (at least B1 level)

Good organization and attention to details

Orientation on the employees, communications skills

Knowledge of labor law, social security laws, HR and payroll issues
