**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and direct clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Handle phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings efficiently, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Prepare reports accurately and timely, providing valuable insights to the management.
- Address client complaints promptly and professionally, striving for effective resolutions.
- Monitor office supplies and perform regular inventory checks to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Occasionally travel off-site to meet clients, conduct meetings, and handle necessary paperwork, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of files and filing systems, prioritizing data privacy.
- Submit reports to supervisors and management, keeping them informed of organizational matters and clients' requests.
- Operate office equipment proficiently, including copy machines, fax machines, and printers.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for clients and organization expenses, maintaining accurate records.
- Update and maintain information on computer systems, databases, and archives, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in completing and processing clients' paperwork, verifying data accuracy, and gathering necessary information.

**Requirements**:

- BSc in Business Administration or International Studies.
- Minimum five years of administrative experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other IT skills.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, Persian (Farsi), Punjabi (Urdu), Turkish & Russian.
- Good analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Capable of managing multiple demands and thriving under pressure.

**Salary**: AED2,700.00 - AED2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
