**What you'll do**:
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy “We Care” to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will support in absence of the Concierge team with guests who need assistance or information and you will attend to their wishes and requirements outside hotels.
- You will support and supervise the bellmen and doormen and drivers to make sure the guest experience is flawless.
- You will own the logistics around the arrival and departure of guest luggage and transportation requests.
- You will direct a team of valet associates to deliver rapid, exceptional service to hospitality guests daily.
- You will maintain the flow of guest traffic and direct guests within the hotel.
