JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager plan, organize, and manage our

exhibitions and events. Business Development Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of

organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Business Development Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales exhibition

prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Should have excellent

communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement exhibition strategies that align with organizational goals and

objectives.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the exhibition planning process, including budgets,

timelines, vendors, and logistics.
- Work closely with the exhibition team to develop and implement marketing and promotional

campaigns to increase attendance and revenue.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors, to ensure the

successful delivery of exhibitions.
- Manage and supervise exhibition staff, including exhibition coordinators, designers,

technicians, and other support staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance the

organization's reputation and revenue streams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of exhibitions and events, and make

recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in business development manager or relevant role

Strong leadership and team building skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
