Job Description:
**Key Performance Indicators**:
**. **Import and Export
- LPO
- Local Non chemical purchases
- Inventory
- Advance Payments
- Measuring Budget and Actual Pricing
- Research potential vendors.
- Negotiating the best deal for purchase, Pricing and supply contracts.
- Maintain cost efficiency throughout the business.
- Track inventory and assist in Reordering of materials.
- Measure supplier’s capacity to respond to demand.
- Understand the total time to fulfill an order.
- Control the internal costs incurred by each purchase
**Main Responsibilities**:
1.Handle Import and export
2.Source, negotiate and purchase non chemical materials from overseas suppliers.
3. Update and maintain records of all orders, payment, and received stock.
4. Coordinate with operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and follow-up on purchase order delivery and shipment schedules.
5. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as quality of product, delivery times, and product ranges etc.
6. Providing projections and expenses in timely manner.
7. Prepare LPO as per material request form projects and provide to logistics/purchase coordinator to arrange for material delivery.
8. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports (Inventory, purchases, Supplies, products and others) in effectively and efficiently.
9. Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business.
10. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries and ordering correct quantities.
11. Examine and test existing contracts.
12. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
13. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
14. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
**Other Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain track records of the transactions made in the factory.
2. Maintain records for logistics and supplier companies
3. Data entry
4. Perform other tasks assigned by the Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree
- Should be well versed with import and export procedures
- Minimum experience 2-3 years in Procurement
- Expert in Local non chemical Purchases.
- Should have experience with Paint/Chemical/Adhesive/Glue industry
- Should have knowledge of Import & Export Procedures.
- Should be well versed with Ms excel
- Can join Immediately
- Willing to work in Umm al Quwain
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
